Elite Plaza Hotel
A stylish business hotel in a more than 100 years old building, the Elite Plaza Hotel opened in 2000 and is one of Gothenburg's most luxurious hotels. There are 139 rooms and five suites, all with satellite television and broadband Internet connection. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, Svea Hof Restaurang & Bar, as well as an English pub, The Bishop's Arms.

Hotel Gothia Towers
The biggest hotel in the Nordic region, Hotel Gothia Towers has 704 rooms and suites as well as fire restaurants and bars. Its two towers are a famous feature on the Gothenburg skyline (a third tower is planned, which will bring the number of rooms to 1,400 and make the hotel the largest in Europe). The hotel has 46 conferences rooms accommodating up to 1,500 delegates.

Hotel Royal
This hotel was established in 1852 and is the oldest hotel in Gothenburg. The entrance ceiling has unique paintwork from the 19th century, and the original stuccos have been preserved in most rooms. A hotel with plenty of atmosphere, it has 82 rooms, all individually decorated, over four floors.

Hotell Barken Viking is housed in one of the few remaining four-masted barques in the world. The ship was built in 1907 and is moored in the Gothenburg guest harbour next to the Gothenburg Opera.
