Former guests have included Sarah Bernhardt, the Empress Elisabeth (Sissi) of Austria, the Duke and Duchess of Windsor and more recently Sting and Catherine Deneuve. All of the 91 air-conditioned rooms (some of which are non-smoking) and 18 suites are equipped with modem points or fax. The conference facilities are extensive and banquet facilities are overseen by the same chef who is responsible for gastronomic restaurant Le Chat-Botté.
