Toulouse is a
great city for gourmets, as there is no shortage of restaurants serving
excellent food at very reasonable prices. Most offer one or several menus (for
both lunch and dinner), which represent excellent value for money. Bear in mind
that many restaurants in France are closed Sunday and Monday.
The restaurants below have been grouped into four different pricing categories:

These prices are for a three-course meal for one with half a bottle of wine or equivalent (where available). They include tax but not service.
Michel Sarran
Excellent French food served in a small, intimate venue (22 covers only). Having a meal here is more akin to eating in someone’s family home than in a restaurant as such.
