Valencia City Guide - Tours of the City

Walking and cycle tours: Valencia Guias, the city's official guides (tel: 96 385 1740; website: www.valenciaguias.com), organise guided walking tours of the city. Meet at the tourist office on Plaza de la Reina for 1000. They also organise guided bike and Segway (see above) tours to the heart of the city along the traffic-free former river bed of the Turia.

Bus tours: A red open-top Bus Turistic (website: www.valenciabusturistic.com) operates a daily year round hop-on hop-off service covering all the main attractions. From March to December, it also runs a separate service to La Albufera (see Excursions).
